Merriweather Post Pavilion comes out on the 20th of January. It is being questioned by many of the big names in the indie world if there will be a better album released in 2009!!! I understand that Animal Collective is a very talented and extremely unique group of true artists, but to say call it the BEST ALBUM OF THE YEAR in the 1st week of 2009 is pretty ridiculous!!! I live in my own set of shadows and had never heard of them until a couple months ago, so I checked into what the music from this album could possibly sound like. The Modern Music is a great music blog and that is where I found a link to "Brother Sport" a song that closes the album and has been called the strongest on the album by many great minds -
